For a bike that has fenders the Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT # TH92BJ is a great option. Reason being that it grabs the bikes at the frame with a very easy to use and effective clamp system instead of needing to grab the bike's tire which a fender would interfere with.

I do have a recommendation for you but the Kuat NV 2.0, part # NV22G, isn't going to work with your fenders. Wheel mount bike racks rarely work with bikes that have fenders.
Instead take a look at the Saris Freedom, part # SA4412B. It has the same 60 pound capacity as the Kuat and hold the bikes by the frame. As of right now (December 2019) we are still waiting on hitch fits to be released for the 2020 Lexus RX 450h and we don't have confirmation if the 2019 model hitches will carry over to the 2020 models. Hopefully they do but we also looked up the 2020 models and some changes were made to the vehicle so it looks very possible they will have to come up with a new fit.

Yes we do have a hidden hitch that fits your 2022 Lexus RX 450h with the Draw Tite part # DT58GR. This hitch has a removable lower section so when you aren't using it can be removed and you'd never know a hitch was installed! Can't get more hidden than that.
